As all our products are custom-made, we can only accept returns if the product arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described.
If you notice an issue, please email us with photos as soon as possible. Carriers require damage to be reported quickly, so the sooner you contact us, the better.
We’ll always aim to put things right with a replacement as quickly as possible. If that’s not possible, we’ll arrange a refund. Return shipping costs are covered by us.
